Shipping Times:
Our standard shipping times range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

returns—full refunds

Bought the wrong size? No Problem! We’ll replace it at no extra cost. However, you will have to bear the shipping cost this time. Else, you can save on the shipping cost by bringing the pair to your nearest Cordwainers store.

After receiving the return, we will inspect the merchandise and for any signs of use/tampering and for original packaging/box contents.
If it looks good, we will replace it with the correct size(s), or refund your payment.

You have seven days to initiate the return from the day your shipment arrives. If you paid by card, the refund will go to your card account. In case of cash on delivery, we will refund your money either through bank transfer or issue a credit note to you. Bank transfers will be executed within 7 days of the return confirmation.

Shipping confirmation e-mails

We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when each part of your order is shipped. This will include the courier tracking number.

Shipping multiple packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Items shipped from the same location will be packaged together. Our shipping confirmation e-mails will inform you as to which parts of your order have been shipped.

Tracking your order

You can check the status of your order by clicking on “View My Order”. Log into your account by selecting “My Account” at the top left of this page. We will also keep you updated about your order status via e-mail. You can also follow the progress of your shipment via the relevant courier website, using the courier tracking number.

Delivering your package

We process and ship all orders from Monday to Friday. We do not offer shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Items are available to ship within four business days, unless otherwise stated, after which delivery time depends on your address zone. Shipping time is usually four to six working days, but may get extended at times.

Delivery schedules

Orders placed before 2pm will usually be dispatched same day unless payment requires verification, in which case orders will be despatched the following working day.

Cannot find your size ?

Due to very high demand, sometimes we may run out of the exact size you ordered. Don’t worry, this only happens rarely. And even when it does, we still get you the right size and ship your order within 15 days.
